The aim of Yorkshire Cast Stone Ltd. is to ensure that our customers receive the product, and customer service, that they expect and deserve.

To this end, we offer a range of additional services to our customers, some through trusted third parties.

 

We can attend site, if requested, to offer advice with regard to measurement, colour and style /design of Artstone components in the build.¹

 

We offer a basic drawing service and have the resources to meet any complex drawing/design requirements.²

 

Fixings for some of the larger or specialised items will be quoted for and ordered as standard;³ however, we can also offer a drawing and fabrication service for Structural steelwork.²

 

A specialist fitting service is available for larger or more complex pieces.²

 

For many years we have arranged, on our customers’ behalf, delivery of their orders to site.²

We use local transport companies where possible, and have built up excellent working relationships with these companies over time.

 

In the unfortunate event of any item being damaged on site, we can organise for a professional stone repairer/restorer to visit and undertake any necessary remedial work.²

 

1. Visit is chargeable at the time; some costs may be credited at order invoice stage.
